See the progress: September 2022 to Now
We live near the park, and before it became the Great La Plancha Park, it was an abandoned Train Terminal used as a dog park by the locals. Here are pictures of its progress. Enjoy!
The Story
For years, the government kept telling the locals that a park was going to be built. Then one day the president, AMLO, swung through and announced a bold, new, beautiful park idea... nobody expected it to happen so fast. Now, a little over a year later, we are so close to completion. Expected completion date, according to a publication, is November 19. Crossing our fingers!
