Before it became Parque La Plancha, it was an abandoned Train Terminal used as a dog park by the locals. Here are pictures of its progress. Enjoy!

The Story

For years, the government kept telling the locals that a park was going to be built. Then one day the president, AMLO, swung through and announced a bold, new, beautiful park idea... nobody expected it to happen so fast. A little over a year later, we have its completion.
